Schlick Quattro enrole first use

I bought a shake Quattro razor. The button on the razor broke first usage. It fell down the drain so I cant retrieve it. Because I am visually impaired I cannot use another device to Jimmy the Quattro razor open. I just want a new razor my blades are fine. Im going to try to attach a picture of the broken razor
