Schedule appointment/disservice

My appointment for the Virginia Beach last week was canceled. I never received one confirmation email/text message next available is not until July. I travel full time for work and specifically scheduled that appointment when I booked my first appointment (the women whom Did my consult scheduled the appintoment) I paid in full and have not had a great experience thus far. Extremely disappointed and upset. I have the initial email notifying me of my scheduled appointment back on may 17th for my June 19h appointment. User's recommendation: Negative.
