My name is Alvin Monroe. I put a $500 deposit on a tractor. They called me the next day and told me the tractor wasn’t available because it had issues. They sent me lists of *** equipment for me to pick from knowing that I’d never consider. I found a tractor from Penske that fit my criteria. They kept my $500 even though the tractor that I put a deposit on wasn’t available. Horrible business practice. I’ll never do business with Ryder.
