Purchased a headliner for my BMW convertible from this company on 4/8/2021. It arrived damaged. I called for a replacement and was told to send an email. Today is 5/28/2021 and I still don't have a replacement. To make matters worse no one will answer the phone or your emails. The absolute worst customer service. I have a case open in PayPal to recover my money. User's recommendation: Stay far away from this company! They will steal your money!
