So I am a travel nurse and I went to check in at the hotel after a two hour drive and even though the clerk seen my reservation , the ghost card they had on file did not work . The clerk called Them and they said theyll work on it . I told them I had to go to work so I needed to check in ASAP because I wont be able to come back . The guy text me and said they are talking to the clerk again to get it resolved but the clerk was standing their talking to me and they had not called her . I notified snap travel that they have not called back and to just give me a refund and they said no . Do not ever use this company ! User's recommendation: Do not use this company !
