Scammed by Tickets-Center
Searched the venue where the concert was playing and their website came up. The site was showing a 5 star rating by customers so I went there. I noticed that a 'flash sale' was going on and clicked on the link. The $85 tickets were listed at $163, down from $230 each. I clicked on the link and noticed that the amount was for the full price. I mistakenly figured that the difference would be applied at checkout. When I checked my credit card account about a half an hour later, my account had been charged the full amount. I immediately took a screenshot and contacted the company. I have had over 10 conversations with them to no avail. All I asked was that they look at the time the sale started and the time I purchased the tickets. I admit that I pressed the final button and agreed to the conditions. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company. I wanted to leave a rating for the company to at least warn others of this. I have not been able to leave a rating and in researching the ratings on their site, have found that the rating service that provided the ratings is a total sham (shopperapproved). They don't collect reviews and don't tally bad reviews. I have resigned myself to the fact that I spent over $900 for 3 $85 tickets since I pressed the buttons. I just want to warn folks in the future.
