Scammed as well

Ordered two 30 pound bags of dog food, came to $72. UPS said it delivered, but it never delivered to my home. The date and time of delivery was on our security camera and NO ONE had delivered anything the day. My 29 year old son was home that day as well. I sent two emails to Fanthome and never received a reply. I guess now I need to contest this payment with my credit card company. Very irritated.
