On Feb 1 2019 ,ordered salt lamp and 1 bulb for a total of 49.92 ,charged her account same day.4 weeks into order,online said processing order,8 weeks into order said was shipped,could not give mode of transportation nor tracking number,every time called,voice mail says operator busy,leave message they will call back,never did,will not respond to e-mails.Tracked down adress to be a townhome in Va. needless to say ,never got mdse. or refund
