They charged for services but did nothing. I had to use a different company to resolve the issue i hired courtlinked to do. once i contacted the other company the issue was resolved quickly, so i know it was possible had they actually done anything. i contested the credit card charge but they must have provided false information to the credit card company because they did not return the fee. i do not recommend!!!
