I just had this company reach out to me saying that they found a buyer for my timeshare. I am not like most people on here where they were trying to buy a package or timeshare, I am actually trying to SELL my timeshare but I'm not having any luck doing so. The person who called me said they had a family willing to offer X amount of money and the family was willing to pay closing costs but I had to pay ~$2200 for title transfers and something else (which seems like a lot considering they said closing costs would be about $3900). So has anyone else had a run-in with this company similar to what I'm experiencing. I am very interested in the offer they gave me but I'm always hesitant with any of these timeshare buying/selling companies. I look forward to hearing your responses.
