Supposedly because of ULTA closing stores, Halocel was offering samples for shipping costs in an ULTA email. Then received my statement for $98.92. Immediately contacted my VISA account and had to shut down the account and put the charge into dispute. This is a scam. There wasn't any so-called "fine print" stating this was to be a recurring charge. Halocel has been reported to the BBB and other credit companies. User's recommendation: SCAM, and shame on ULTA and Macy's and whatever company was involved in this hoax.
