They have been charging me excessive fees and my electric bill keeps climbing since they are purposefully overcharging for services which in turn is a legalized scam. I have cancelled with them and was told it would take 3 billing cycles to full cancel which is fraud. I will not be paying them anymore money and will take this to a higher level and get an attorney if I get one more cent billed from them. Rochester Gas and Electric told me my bill on average is 130.00 higher than normal every month because of this scam company. I want my 1560.00 you stole from me over several months back. It's fraud and you should be shut down.
