Scam me out of my money n pictures

I paid extra money to be able to access my pictures. Now they closed down which is none of my business what was the reason to take the pictures. Went to sears the picture people is located just to find out I’m out of luck. They didn’t get heads up until the day they closed down. Not even a sorry.
