If I could give 0 stars I would. This salon overbleached my hair leaving it falling out of my head. I notified the owner reissuing a refund for there horrible color job that ruined my hair. The owner Liz sent me a nasty rude email stating that I was only complaining because I wanted “free hair services”. R u kidding me? She has sent me many rude emails insulting me and talking rude to me. This owner Liz and salon needs investigate.
