Scam due to promise of i phone

someone is using duolingo to win i phone and i believe it is a scam they asked for three dollars and took it out of my credit card and have now blocked my card as i think it is a hoax, I hate to think duolingo users are fooled in this way as i thought you were reputable. User's recommendation: warn them.
