Spoke with 2 different employees before I bought to make sure it was compatible with my sons phone. LG thinQ . I asked both ,are you positive he won't know. Was assured he would not and that it was compatible. Paid and had them down load and as soon as they down loaded a warning came up saying phone being monitored. I immediately told them to remove it,which they did. They told me I would get a refund because it was there fault. Week later I called to see if they had processed my refund. Was told it takes several weeks. Called again this week and was emailed this response ( short version) The app would be visible in the app list of setting when it's enabled. Unfortunately, we have no way to hide it unless you want it completely uninstalled on the phone. It was immediately uninstalled but they refused to refund me.
