Last year we went to eca and began making payments on a 2015 bi weekly and on time. We began getting extra charges on bill and come to find out they were charging for insurance even though we had full coverage! Well this week the payment was made as usual then at 5 the vehicle was turned off! They have been charging for insurance when the proof of insurance was sent by our insurance agent to them!! I have heard they do this to many people just to get your money then repo it and leave you high and dry!! If someone goes in on it we all need to get together and get lawyer to help us! Bbb has given them an f but not much they can do!
