Lost my paperwork and contracts for my trade in and my new purchase. Never paid off the loan for my trade in and Im still getting calls from Bridge crest on a car I traded in! The car was delivered with 2 screws in the tires and a significant oil leak. Cant get ahold of a human being after hundreds of messages and calls. Its a scam! Stay away! User's recommendation: Go elsewhere unless you want to be messed over!
