Placed an online order on 10/21/18 for a pair of wrestling shoes for my young son. Got an email confirmation of my order and my charges of $64.98. On 10/26/18, I still hadn't received an email of my order shipping so I emailed Jack Cuvo. He then called me on 10/27/18 saying the order would be shipped on Monday and that he sent it Priority mail, and it would be delivered on that following Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. On monday, Jack emailed me saying it shipped. Still got no email with tracking number and never received when he said I would get it. Sent email on that friday, text message and left a voicemail. The man will not respond to me! Filed a complaint with the BBB....this man needs put in jail!!!
