I ordered an awning with a 2 to 3 week delivery. 5 weeks later no awning and no clear response from them on where it is. Just the same bs line that they are waiting for a response from the manufacturer. I picked up the phone and got right thru to the manufacturer they say they are not having any issues. Normal 5 to 10 day ship. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
