I've been a dish customer by force since it's the service chosen in my apartment complex Mirabella Villas. For starters the problems with reception on this network is *** an im never able to get service. Now that they've removed all amc channels and charhing the same price for my service. There are always channels that I cannot watch because of bad reception and the customer service is horrible so that when I call to report a problem it's ocer an hour wait to speak to someone. This is the worst satellite company I've had to deal with and can't wait to drop their service.
