You are getting charged $3.95 for them to take a rag and wipe of the seat of your chair. Any other pace you go, they do it for free just to keeping customers coming back. I will never go there again. It took 2 seconds for the stylist to wipe the seat of the chair. What a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: boycott.
