sandals – incorrect charges and fake site

Ordered Sanuk brand sandals from this site December 22nd 2017. Charged in CNY for greater value than order. Unable to contact company only providing a contact form through the website. Sent multiple requests for cancellation with no response. Received product TBA China brand cheap inferior jandals with listed value on packaging of $10USD. Received 3rd Jan 2018. Do not purchase from this site. Goods received from Dai Bo No.3 YUNXIAO Road
