No way to contact this Pacific-Parts company, except by email, and our order has not arrived.

We have not received our order, and also have not been able to proceed with a tracking # with a 17track.com entity. We are beginning to question the business practices of this company. Unable to request a RMA# for a refund (incorrect item shipped)

Incorrect item was shipped. Tried to contact them via e-mail twice, 9 days apart and got no answer. E-mail for their “customer service center” is not listed, so I used the e-mail from the original order. No phone # to contact either. User’s recommendation: Stay away!
