I have a similar problem with a Samsung 32"TV I purchased on 3 Novembet 2021.It was a laybye purchase.On same day I paid for balance of TV licence plus a ball and sweets.The TV has 24 month guarantee.I am unable to find the receipt for both TV payments.I suspect as Game staff are generally extremely slow and ponderous that in the frustration due to long wait.I may have not taken or been given the TV receipt.I have the other receipt, guarantee slip ect.Including receipt for cell phone purchase August 2020.It has been 6 weeks since I asked for a replacement or refund.Numerous emails, calls, store visits.Receipt has not been reprinted.
