On 2/26/2016, I submitted all of the rebate information (all required documents, rebate form, UPC, etc. ) to Newegg for a $25 rebate for the Samsung Activity Tracker. By the way, I am 60 years old, and have submitted a lot of rebates. I know, and always do, make a copy of everything I send. I received a response back on 3/21/2016 indicating my rebate submission was received and being processed. I never heard anything from Newegg.com after this. I contacted Newegg around 5/2/2016 about the status of my rebate, and was informed that they did not have the UPC code. I told them that was impossible, I knew it was included (stapled on the paperwork). I had to scan my copy of the code and send it to them, and they confirmed it was received. I called again today, 5/31/2016 to determine why I still don't have my $25 rebate, and now am told to wait till 7/4/2016, and call if I don't receive it by then. This is absolutely the worst customer service and rebate program. I purchased this item in February, and have to wait till July for my rebate???
