My business was recently approved for a card on June 10, 2021 and was supposed to be mailed a card. After weeks of receiving no card I called in and was told that I hadn't received the card because the representative placed my name in the address field. Instead of calling to correct the mistake, I was told that I had to go through the fraud department and then mail in all of my business documents. After the documents are received I have to wait an additional 30days for the documents to be verified and then they will send out a new card. This was not an error on my part and I'm being punished and sent through all of this because a representative made an error. All that needed to be done was putting the correct address for the card to be mailed. I applied in person originally and already supplied every document and was already verified. Glam Up Style Studio
