I have purchased several glasses from Sunglass Hut, my last experience was @ 8888 SW 136 ST Ste. 120, Miami, FL 33176 ( the Falls) with a Sales agent /MGR. by the name of Sofia . I was Returning/exchanging a pair of glasses Purchased at another store (Dadeland Mall) which was shipped to my Home - She refused service telling me to go to the store I had purchased from. I explained to her that My credit card was from Her store as well as more convenient for y return/exchange. She refused to do anything and complained about my ethnicity/ country of Origen ( insinuating that everyone from there ( Venezuela ) was problematic.
