Yahoo search page is displaying ad for a InfiniteArt-Sand Painting / White for $33. I purchased it and received a metal plate worth about $1. It is nothing like the picture in the add. First, I was disappointed payment went to a Chinese recipient, when ad said USA seller. When I complain to vendor, they respond we give you a partial refund to settle the matter. Or I have to pay to return the plate to get full refund.
