Safeway fm/am clock radio

Good day I would like to log a complaint I have bought 3 of the clock radios is says that you insert a battery and when it is power out it goes over to battery so that you can still see the time I went to Clicks in North Park Mall Pretoria and they tried to assist me but the battery don't work I bought this under a misleading impression I would like to get feedback on this Regards Ellen Pretorius
