I own an 18 month old 400 series hot tub. The clear plastic cap, under the diverter *** that holds down the entire diverter assembly, has broken 5 times since I bought it. When the hold down cap fails, the entire diverter assembly and *** shoot straight up with tremendous force. The hot tub has to be turned off at the circuit breaker until fixed because of the automatic cleaning cycle. User's recommendation: Great hot tub, but I wouldn't buy one until the cap is redesigned. Chance of really getting hurt by flying parts.
