My unit has been giving incorrect information for some time now. I have had it reset by head office, but still not right. I have sent requests via my phone app to have a Technician come and check it, but have not had any response. Overall I am happy with the unit, but not with the service I am receiving from your agents. Please assist. Regards, Ken Jones
