Saddened client
Why aren't there clear policy on return, refund or exchange policy from Mik Mak Motors. I asked the sales person he didn't respond. I have send an email still nothing. I bought a car, when it was delivered it was having an issue. I was told it's just a small thing, I must come it will be fixed. Unfortunately it's a bit more complicated. They gave me a courtesy car, which is great 🙏. But I still want to know about my rights as their client, because I haven't had a peace of mind since that car landed.
