The young lady was extremely Stoic, non sociable and came across tired as though she just did not want to work with, talk to or help customers. Anisha, the phone disconnected but a few minutes later she called back. However, the demeanor was sad and sickening. Some people simply do not need the customer service position, period... User's recommendation: Avoid anisha should she answer or request someone else.
