S&S shipments missing

Hi, two of my shipments are missing/ pending to be updated on my S&S account. I have sent 3 emails to S&S team but have not received any response as yet. One shipment is in Italy and the other one in India. I have confirmation and delivery details from the supplier which confirms that it's successfully delivered to my S&S account. Please can you help resolve my case?
