Woke up to cockroaches in my room. Told them I would be complaining to national Headquarters, booking.com, and elsewhere online. Their response??? TO STEAL $250.00 FROM MY CREDIT CARD and try to justify it by claiming I smoked in my room. Called the Kansas AGs office. Initiated dispute with my credit card company AND will be speaking to the police in the near future to have it put on record so they don't keep robbing 0peoples accounts blind.
