No call just shows up. Takes weeks for service and month to replace. 1st washer lasted 14 mos.. Took 6 to 8 weeks to go thru service calls and replacment. Replacement washer arrived crew ran water to show working. By time they got to end of street it was broken bearing or motor. Took week to get tech and another week for delivery which was to be here between 930 am and 1230... Guess who still doeas not have a washer at120 pm...
