I contacted these guys from EmpireCruises because I wanted to make a surprise birthday party for my husband. So I hired a boat and two weeks before the event I contacted these guys again and we discussed all the details including food and alcohol menu. I paid for everything in advance. On the estimated date when we arrived there was no boat to be seen! I called EmpireCruises and they said that due to some circumstance our boat will be late. It finally showed up an hour later. We stood there and were waiting for our boat. I was so humiliated because all guest already have arrived and my husband was also there. They also did not follow my instructions regarding the food and alcohol. Me and my brother had to take a taxi and drive to a local store to buy everything. These guys are absolutely unprofessional and they almost ruined everything! They are highly unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone.
