I spent the past few months removing black hair dye from my hair. I achieved my natural color light ginger. There were a few yellow tones so I purchased light red hair dye and my hair came out BLACK and in horrible condition. I had already used this color before and achieved the ginger tone i wanted. Now i am left with BLACK hair. After i spent over £200 removing 10 years of black hair dye avoid. I contacted Nice and easy and they did not even apologise and refused to reply. User's recommendation: Avoid nice and easy products.
