I bought this rug and put it in our small den. I noticed a few poles on it when I put it down didnt think much of it left it alone. We have no pets. Slowly but surely large knots or pieces of the rug started coming through. I called Home Depot and they said we cant do anything will give you 10% off. Call the manufacturer. We did they said sorry we dont take anything back or give any credit. User's recommendation: Do not buy any jute rugs.
