Rude Supervisor especially, one who totally lied to me Janet 5405

They will not unlock my phone so I could switch to T Mobil, then yesterday my bill was paid ,so when I cancelled today I had to pay another full month!! They love stealing money from Seniors! My phone paid cash now unusable!! Thieves and the 3 so-called Supervisors were totally rude, argumentative oh no way!! I'm out 70$ plus 400$ for a locked unusable iPhone..Janet 5405 was the worst she said she would reactivate my SIM card and call me back ! Another LIE!! Don't trust this company ,also there service sucks I can only use my phone in my apt with my WiFi it won't work other places... User's recommendation: They cheat you!! Seniors especially, they think we are stupid!
