Called to place a sympathy spray for my niece. The lady sounded like she had just woken up. She seemed irritated and dismissive especially when I was trying to get clarification of flowers available. She was so rude to the point mid way of the order , I told her that her attitude was trite and rude and that I could not possibly continue the order. This person identified as Angela apparently represented Phillips mortuary in Greenville North Carolina due to the business flag attached to their site. Such a horrible attitude when trying to make a transaction out of state. I promptly called a local florist shop where I received respectful, and kind service. User's recommendation: Spend your money with professional associates.
