The rude lady who took my kids pictures obviously doesnt need to be working there cause she doesnt like kids. She was snapping at them like a drill Sargent, so I was already annoyed. Then she told me after the fact that their register doesnt work so she couldnt take cash, they dont do gift cards either. I also had to pay to renew my membership cause they wouldnt give credit for the whole year they were practically closed for COVID. And I was stuck paying it or paying the outrageous sitting fee which is more. Not my fault they were closed. Bad company, I see why they are going out of business. User's recommendation: Find somewhere better.
