Rude office staff. Unprofessional. Poor Business Practices.

I had a terrible experience with Katsur dental which resulted in me leaving before seeing a dentist. I arrived to my scheduled appointment to be told my insurance was dropped. I called my insurance company to verify my insurance and they told me Katsur never called to verify insurance-they record their calls. I would have been more than happy to pay cash for my visit but I was treated so poorly (even mocked within ear range) by the receptionist that I expressed my concern over her poor customer service and left. She laughed at me as I was walking out the door. They should be ashamed of their poor business practices. They probably have excellent dentists but if the receptionist is rude and condescending, I don’t wish to work with them.
