RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES IN HATILLO, PR

Every time I contact the customers service representatives from Liberty through my cell phone or whatsapp are very friendly and respectful. They always go far and beyond to help me and make my experience very pleasant. I had to go yesterday to one of the offices in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. (I had to close my account and open one in my daughters name because of the EBB benefit to qualifiy) The office guard at the door was very apprehensive to let us in, liek he could solve my situation just talking to me... I told him that I hHAD to get in to speak to one of the representatives. Then, while I was waiting for my turn I heard a woman representative telling and elderly lady: "Well, you have to wait for them to call you. If there are 3 thousand people before you, then you are 3001!."Go to the internet page. Do step 1, step 2". She was so loud and disrespectful. Old people does not know how to browse through the Internet, let alone fill an application. I was tempted to make a scene and offer to help the grandma but my turn came up and they look at you so mean... It was the most horrible experience...they act like they are angry you even got a benefit from the government
