I returned one product due to dissatisfaction. In my next order, I received a broken item that I requested a refund for. The response I got was Since you've been dissatisfied more than once, we fully support your decision to shop elsewhere." Say what! Wouldn't you be dissatisfied with a broken product? Extremely rude in my opinion. User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else.
