I sent a comment to an Instagram's story from this company who says to be LGBT and black community supporter, I got the reply " Why do you hide your identity and have zero pictures or followers? Boots ***" Is it mandatory to have thousands of followers and a current picture of me to send a comment to this company? This is so rude and abusive. They should not open an account in social networks if they don't know how to handle messages or comments. The community manager doesn't seem to be professional. User's recommendation: I recommend them to close their social networks or treat better their followers and potential buyers.
