I enjoy the company of great many staff members who always made me feel at home and warm, sometimes I meet amazing staff who took over the permanent staff who took leave or sick leave and never fail to give that great customer service, because of that they have won me over as a constant regular customer, and I always buy at 7 Eleven. Until a new management took over (because they rotate every a number of years)...then I met this cashier Jasmine at No.77 Dunlop St. As usual I tried to befriend this new staff thinking she would give me the same warmth as many other staff before her, but to my horror she began to speak to me like she is the Queen of there. Despite being friendly she responded rudely as if the customers are there to serve her instead. Ever since this rude 'queen' of 7 Eleven took over, I have almost rarely step into that shop..unless I have no choice like no food is available at Cheers or anywhere in the middle of the night, and yes thanks to Jasmine, I have become a regular customer at Cheers. So management, if u see this..please do something about that staff Jasmine. And sorry, no way I will step into that no.77 Dunlop St store until I know she's no longer there or better, apologize to me face to face.
