I'm member of this gym since last 2 years, and I've good relation with each and every trainer and manager. But on 25th september 2018 I went to at 9:15pm IST and as usual I was doing my exercise and some good talks with trainers and other gym clients. There is a good amount of space at every corner of the gym, where a member can put his/her cellphne while doing exercise. On the same day I did the same, I last used my phone at 10:30pm IST and went to do my last exercise. As I cam back at around 10:42pm IST I saw my phone was no longer on the same position. I went through all the corners but unluckily it was not available. I was shocked, surprised and I shouted that my phone has been stolen. And everyone started helping but none pf them had access to camera as only manager has the authority to check. I called him, he was sleeping I requested him but still he shouted back at me and spoke all the rude words he can as he told that there are boards of "bring your valuables at your own risk" but I would say that there are also boards of "Beware you are under camera surveillance". Then he agreed and came to gym at around 11pm IST. He opened his system but none of his system were working. I was surprised that all the CCTV are nothing but a show piece. He told me to call up technician on 26th september but technician told that all the sockets and LANs are fused so he's afraid that CCTV would have shoot anything. I'm continuously taking follow up from my manager either he ignore's my call or answer in a rude way. Not only me but many other clients have complaint regarding the same. Some of them have problem with manager's behaviour or some of them have been victim as their money has been stolen from restroom from their bag.
