Worker used profane language and exhibited threatening behavior and language to my neighbor. He parked in the neighbors assigned parking space (totally my fault ) and when she asked him to move his van, proceeded to tell her that he "didn't give a *** Then he said he didn't *** care that it was her parking space. He proceeded to use profane language when she protested and told him that it was her parking space (she did block him in but was ready to move her vehicle whenever the driver appeared. It should be noted that the neighbor did knock on two doors to see if the worker was at their houses - she got no response.) When the worker was obviously at his vehicle, she went out, car keys in hand, to ask him to move. And he then told her that he didn't appreciate being blocked in: "What if I had an emergency?" Laughable. Ultimately, he had the nerve to say she threatened him (she told him "you should care about marked, assigned parking spaces - anywhere"), then used his phone to video her and her vehicle and then told her that he called his "boss" and if "anything happened to his vehicle, she would be arrested". All she said to him was "get a life". The van's plates are: 9CW2299 - Maryland tag. Avoid this tiny little person disguised as a 6'2" stringy-haired, attituded grownup.
